Its been raining/drizzling non stop for the past 3 days, which is really putting a damper on my efforts to run! I hate running on the treadmill, so I will make any excuse not to :-) Yesterday was my pilates reformer day, it is such a good workout. The teacher took it a bit easy on me since I was super sore from Monday's CrossFit class. I dont think he is going to be as nice on Thursday when I go back though! We have another CrossFit class tonight, and I am looking forward to it, but I can barely walk today I am so sore! Hopefully I can get some stretching in and get my legs moving.
So when I ran my marathon a few weeks ago, they had ran out of the finishers mugs. I finally got mine in the mail today!
