I am beyond sore today! I've done 3 crossfit workouts in the past two days, about to do another one this morning. Legs are on fire! My iphone mysteriously lost all of its apps yesterday, couldnt get any of them back, so I had to re-down load everything! And my WOD app doesnt have you sign in, so all of my workouts for the last 4 months are gone! Luckily I have logged most of them on this site or my crossfit site, now I have the tedious task of going back and re-typing them all into the app. Fun for me!

Sorry I've been MIA! I did two crossfit workouts yesterday, one at my normal gym in the morning and then I went to my friends that she just officially opened in the evening, I am beyond sore this morning! Here are the workouts:

Shoulder Press
3-3-3-1-1-1 (max out 60#)

7 Rounds
10 Ring Push Ups
20 Squats

6 pm class
Back Squat 3-3-3 (max 100 # due to the 140 squats I did this morn)
AMRAP in 12 min.:
7 sdhp (35# kb)
7 hspu
11 rounds
I dont have any healthy food to share, so I'll share some food we had at brunch in Austin a few weeks ago. Yum!

Back from the valley
Hey all! I got back yesterday from spending several days with my mom in valley. My dad was out of town for a wedding so she wanted some company. So that means no working out Friday Saturday or Sunday! I did get to spend some time with my nephew Joshua and got to have lot and lots of snow cones! Here are some pics from my weekend.

Food food and more food!
I didnt eat right this weekend, I was out of town and thats so hard to do! I went to the Cubs/Astros game on Sunday, my dad got me tickets :-) Here are my delicious nachos I had before the game from Cabos, I love their nachos!
