Goodbye to Lost
The lost series finale was Sunday night. All I can say is that I was highly disappointed! Here are Monday's workout.

That was a long workout! Especially when I went into it thinking I was going to be doing push presses and not thrusters! Ouch!

It's definately going to be a hot summer
Its already like 90 degrees outside and its only May! I step outside and I start sweating! I dont think I was meant for this heat....maybe if I was lounging on a beach!

Yesterdays crossfit workout was so hard, and it was so HOT out. Heres what we did:

Weigh in time
So I was a little nervous going to my nutritionist today. I really havent noticed a change at all in my clothes, so I'm frustrated. I actually lost 4.5 lbs and 2.5 body fat, so that makes 10 lbs and 5% body fat in almost 2 months. He wants to carb cycle me, I dont know about that, I am thinking about sticking to the zone and seeing if I have any weight loss the next two weeks when I go in. I just feel that grain carbs keep me from loosing the weight.
Saturday we had fight gone bad at crossfit. It was tough!

Here is one of the paleo/zone friendly meals I made yesterday. Its just ground chicken, tomatoes, onions, zuchini, and some spices. It was really good.
Saturday we had fight gone bad at crossfit. It was tough!

- Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
- Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)

Pretty boring week
Nothing of interest has really gone on this week, so I have had no motivation to post :-) I'm going to try the Zone eating plan, to see if that will help me loose weight quicker. I am working out twice a day and not really seeing any additional results. Think I'm eating too many carbs and no fats with my current plan, and thats stopping me from loosing. I have worked out Mon-Thur at crossfit and we have "fight gone bad" on Saturday and a make up "Helen" on Sunday, so my instructor told me that I was not allowed to work out at all today, not even a casual run, so needless to say I am going crazy with boredom! Here are the crossfit workouts from Tues Wed and Thur.

Happy Monday
Morning everyone! Sorry I havent posted in a few days. Was busy with birthday stuff! I ran 6 miles Thursday and did no crossfit! I was having withdrawl symptoms, so I went Friday morning :-) I love the addition of a 9:30 am Friday class.

Happy Birthday to me!
Today is my birthday....not really excited, its all downhill after you turn 30 lol! Yesterday I spent 6 hours spring cleaning, I contemplated not going to crossfit, but I knew I wouldnt be going today, so I went. The workout was brutal.

Workout Update
Yesterday I went a bit overboard. I ran 3 miles, nonstop, first time since the marathon in January! Then I went to the gym and did a 45 min stairmaster workout, followed by crossfit at 4:30. I was kind of week by the time crossfit came around so I wasnt too happy with my met con:
