Yesterdays crossfit workout was so hard, and it was so HOT out. Heres what we did:
Skill Work
3 x 10 Ring Dips
Met Con
18-15-12-9-6-3
Burpees
DB Push Press (15#)
Box Jumps (16")
Time 18:18
I thought that the first 3 sets of burpees were NEVER going to end!
Heres me during the beginning of the workout, I know its early on because my hair and tank top were still dry!
