I havent really had anything interesting to say, so havent felt like blogging! Not like I normally do have anything interesting to say :-) Here are this weeks workouts:
Tuesday:
OH Squats
5-5-5-5-5 (47#)
Met Con
3 Rounds
400 m Run
50 m Walking Lunges
I am still sore today from this workout!
Wednesday:
5 Rounds
20 Box Jumps
10 One Arm DB Push Press (15#)
20 Double Unders
My mom sent me an awesome pair of flip flops, so comfortable, they are made out of yoga mats!
I met up with my friend Ning for Mongolian Hot Pot the other night for dinner, love that place!
