Profiteroles in Paris

Profiteroles are one of the most delicious desserts I have ever ate, and believe me I have tried my fair share of desserts!  I will choose them over "real" food any day.  The pastry outside was fluffy and light, one was filled with ice cream, the other with a light cream filling, drizzled with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar.  I am hungry just describing them!
