150 single under jump rope
30-20-10
Sit ups
Box jumps 20"
150 single under jump rope
Time: 10:46

Then 50kb swings for time 35#, 3:13

Then deadlift weight camp. Only did 215#, couldnt hit my max yesterday. I guess it's like that some days.
