I am beyond sore today!  I've done 3 crossfit workouts in the past two days, about to do another one this morning.  Legs are on fire!  My iphone mysteriously lost all of its apps yesterday, couldnt get any of them back, so I had to re-down load everything!  And my WOD app doesnt have you sign in, so all of my workouts for the last 4 months are gone!  Luckily I have logged most of them on this site or my crossfit site, now I have the tedious task of going back and re-typing them all into the app.  Fun for me!

HSPU 3×5
25 Burpees
30 Renegade Rows 30#
25 Burpees
