I didnt do any cardio yesterday! I know I feel so bad! but I did to legs, which is like cardio for me! lol
Thursdays Workout:
Leg presses 5 sets 20
Lunges with weights 3 sets of too many!
Inner thighs 3 sets of 20
Outer thighs 3 sets of 20
Leg extension 3 sets of 20
Leg curl 3 sets of 20
Calves 3 sets of 15
Thursdays food:
9 am - Oatmeal
11 am - pumpkin seeds
2 pm - Protein shake
5 pm - 3 oz grilled beef on a wheat tortilla with oven baked sweet potato chips
7:30 pm - 4 oz oikos yogurt with a handful of blueberries.
