Sorry for the lack of updates. My computer still isn't fixed so it's hard doing updates on my phone! Here I go though! Thursdays wod:

30 double unders
15 burpees
This may sound easy to most but I horrible at my running still can't string any double unders together and as you should all know now burpees are my ultimate nemesis!
