We went to New Orleans for the Voodoo Music festival and decided to try one of John Besh's restaurants while we were there. I'm always up for trying new things, but the thought of the blood sausage kind of made me a little squeamish. I went ahead and ordered it, and to my surprise I LOVED it. I would definitely recommend it!
