Happy Monday

Morning everyone!  Sorry I havent posted in a few days.  Was busy with birthday stuff!  I ran 6 miles Thursday and did no crossfit!  I was having withdrawl symptoms, so I went Friday morning :-)  I love the addition of a 9:30 am Friday class.

DB Bear Complex
AMRAP in 15 mins
5 DB Deadlifts
5 DB Cleans
5 DB Push Press
14 rounds plus 3 Cleans, 12# weights


I didnt work out at all Saturday or Sunday!  Here are some pics from the weekend, the gorgeous flowers and cupcakes that Therese got me!
And heres a new pic of Nathan standing, finally able to lift that big head off the ground :-)
