Workout Update

Yesterday I went a bit overboard.  I ran 3 miles, nonstop, first time since the marathon in January!  Then I went to the gym and did a 45 min stairmaster workout, followed by crossfit at 4:30.  I was kind of week by the time crossfit came around so I wasnt too happy with my met con:
Push Press

15 KB Swings 30#
10 KB Front Squats
5 Broad Jump Burpees
4 rounds and 11kb swings

My sister ran her first 5k on Saturday, The Race for the Cure in San Antonio.  She did a really good job, 30 minutes!  Here is the Nathan wearing a shirt from the event!
