The shirts look great!

And that team WOD looks like a doozy (by "doozy" I mean fun!) Do both teammates have to complete the entire amount, or can you split up the Rx'd reps between the two team members? Just curious how that works.

For our team wods everything but the runs are split up. So we would run 800 m together, then i would do 5-10 reps and switch till we hit the right number. That 5-10 second break you get really helps keep you going faster!
