I had read on so many blogs how they make a faux cheese sauce with nutritional yeast. Well I finally broke down and tried it. On its own I wasnt so sure, so I made myself a little salad of spinach and spring mix, grilled chicken, grapes and some almond slivers. For the dressing I mixed 2 tbsp of hummus, 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast, water to thin it out and a tiny drizzle of tahini. It was so good on the salad! I am hooked!
