Strong is the new Skinny

Strength: Front Squat 3 x 5
Met Con: “Pushy Annie”
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders,
Push Ups

This was way harder than regular Annie.  My shoulders and arms were like jello after the first 50 pushups!
