Tuesday's workout was really tough.

Sumo deadlift high pulls (75#/55#)
Handstand Push Ups
Time: 5:38
After:
500m row
400m run
Time: 5:16

Then:
AMRAP in 3 minutes
5 wall shots
5 box jumps
Rounds 3.5 (at this point I could barely jump, just glad I made it through it!
