Puking after a workout is always a good sign!

Ok so I puked during the workout....the last 50 m of my OH carrry!  This workout was soooo much harder than I thought it was going to be.  I dont know if it was the runs before all of the rounds of Cindy or if it was Cindy herself!  Either way my time was horrible.

Skill: L-sits 3 x :30

Met con: “Skipper”
3 rounds:
400m run
3 rounds “Cindy” (Cindy = 5 pull ups, ,10 push ups, 15 air squats)
100m OH carry (45#/25#)
